THE DELIVERY

At the end of the project, when the long-awaited moment comes when the buildings are delivered to the buyers in accordance with the contract previously signed with 4U Real Estate Firm Sint Maarten on behalf of the developer. First, we will draw up an inventory and check the compliance of the facilities and surfaces and we will be there to support you. In a second step, after validation of the inventory by the buyers and the real estate developer, we transfer the title of your unit to you free of mortgages, seizures or leases.
