During construction, buyers having signed a contract with Firme Immobilière 4U on behalf of the real estate developer, will have to pay for their unit according to the progress of the work and according to the schedule mentioned therein. At the end of the project, when the long-awaited moment comes when the buildings are delivered to buyers in accordance with the contract previously signed with Cabinet Immobilier 4U on behalf of the developer. Firstly, we will establish an inventory and check the conformity of the installations and surfaces and we will be there to support you. Secondly, after validation of the inventory by the buyers and the real estate developer, we transfer the title of your unit to you free of mortgages, seizures or leases.
